We picked 101 apples and 76 peaches. With all that fruit, I canned 15 quarts of applesauce, 3 quarts of peach applesauce, and 24 quarts of peaches. We are in heaven and are so excited to eat all this deliciousness!
Charlotte would smile at the camera, but once we took it she would quickly turn a way, that's why you can't see her face in the pictures. She was enjoying eating the peaches and driving the car with dad. Zoie kept saying this a good one and picked it and would put it in the bag!
I can't wait until next fall to do this again! Every now and then Zoie will say "it was fun picking apples and peaches and strawberries mom?" "We do it again next time." I'm glad she loves doing this and I hope we can continue to make this a tradition!
